"In need of a drastic change from my prior auto and renter’s policy and carrier, I paid a visit to Greg Lunde’s State Farm in Carlisle, where I scheduled an appointment with the lovely and courteous Alexa. She calmed all of my misgivings and second thoughts about making the change with a clear but also both thorough *and* concise explanation of all of the ins and outs of the policy, as well as the vastly reduced quote and deal I would be getting, compared to my previous carrier. It didn’t take me long before deciding to go ahead with the change. The switch took no more than 20 mins to a half an hour and I was set. Totally worth it and highly recommended!"

"My wife and I were customers of Greg Lunde until May of 2024. In April of 2024, our neighbor vandalized my wife’s 2006 Honda Civic to where the car was a total loss. It was later determined that the vandal damaged the car by crossing the battery terminals which State Farm indicated that they would declare the car a total loss. The car was then towed to a salvage yard pending confirmation if the car was repairable. Out of the blue State Farm declared the loss to be wear and tear and not vandalism without any just cause other than The Estimator and Greg Lunde’s words that the suspected vandal is a good person and upstanding member of the community and would never do such a thing, because they consider him a good person and thus the damage has to be wear and tear. They have failed to provide any evidence that the damage was even wear and tear and just made up that lie out of thin air. The vandalism in question occurred, because the suspected vandal is trying to bully and harass us into surrendering land that we legally purchased in 2021. My wife and I currently have a lawsuit pending in The Court of Common Pleas in Cumberland County Docket 2024-06475. As a result, my wife and I had to change agents, because Mr. Lunde’s friendship with the suspected vandal did everything in his power to ensure that State Farm denied our claim costing us thousands of dollars. Our experience with Mr. Lunde has also forced us to shop different insurance carriers away from State Farm as our relationship has been alienated ever since due to Mr. Lunde’s actions. We were very disappointed in Mr. Lunde’s professionalism and never have I personally encountered an insurance agent who so actively worked to deny every vandalism claim against our property like I have seen here."
